At Frost Buddy, once you place your order, we take 1-2 business days to process and prepare your package for shipment. During this time, we carefully pack your selected products from our collections including Accessories, Drinkware, Wine Buddy, and more to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping delivery time depends on your chosen method and location within the United States:

Standard Shipping: Delivery generally occurs within 3-5 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping: Select this option during checkout for faster delivery, typically arriving in 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Following shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your Buddy's journey in real time.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your order’s specifics and delivery address. Orders shipping within the United States with a subtotal exceeding $60 automatically qualify for free standard shipping—no codes or coupons required.

International Shipping

Frost Buddy ships internationally with delivery times varying by destination country and customs processing. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local government are your responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office before placing an international order to understand any additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Frost Buddy immediately. Take a photo of the damage and submit it via our contact page. We will quickly work with you to offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
